Customers can return or request a refund for a product within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return or exchange requests will be entertained after this period.

A video recording of the product opening is mandatory for any return or refund requests. This video serves as evidence in case of any product discrepancies or damages.

Returns or refunds are applicable for products that are damaged, not working, or if the wrong product was delivered. Returns or refunds will not be entertained for reasons such as a change of interest or no longer needing the product.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of receiving the product.

If the payment mode of the order is online (Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking) and the customer cancels or returns the order, 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
