Methods of Payment

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking (Indian cards only). Our website uses secure SSL technology to ensure your transactions are protected.

Extra Authentication

For enhanced security, Verified by VISA (VBV) or MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) is mandatory for all online transactions. You will need to provide an additional authentication password provided by your bank.

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)

Cash On Delivery is available only within the Kannur district for orders up to Rs. 50,000. Full payment must be made prior to delivery to our authorized delivery personnel.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Window: You can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requirement: A mandatory unboxing video recording is required for any return or refund requests. This serves as vital evidence of the product's condition upon arrival.
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, non-functional, or if the wrong item was delivered. Requests based on a "change of mind" or "no longer needed" will not be entertained.
  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the product back at our center.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 5% fee of the total order amount will be deducted for cancellations or returns of online prepaid orders.

After Sales & Warranty

After-sales service is provided directly by brand-authorized service centers. Warranties are offered by the respective manufacturing brands, and Nikshan Electronics acts as a facilitator for these services.
